These days we are experiencing and feeling a change in our care for mental health, body and environment. We all know that we are concerned about these things and if we are women this has already become a routine in our lives.

Whether we are talking about home fragrances, scented candles, room fragrances, incense sticks or body care products, many women therefore exclude hormone disruptors from their care routine for a state of well-being, of balance.
I am not a chemist or a doctor, I could even say that chemistry was a subject in which I did not excel at all, but the state of feminine balance and feminine health is a subject that concerns me quite a lot.
Until recently a taboo subject, women's hormonal health has always been important because women by definition represent balance, harmony and delicacy.
And for this feminine balance to work, it must be adjusted from the inside through various practices.
Journaling, exercise, healthy eating are natural things, but what if the aromas we wear and accompany us in our daily pratices could also help us in this balance and even more, be friendly with our hormonal balance?

POS: Hello Audrey and thank you so much for your time and information.
Since this is my first interview, I hope everything goes well, but I am very curious about neuroscience and perfumes, it seems so interesting to me and I want to learn more about it.
Tell me more about the Edeniste concept and how these perfumes work on a neurological level?
Audrey: Dear Nela, first of all, thank you for your thoughtful questions and for welcoming Edeniste into your world with such sensitivity.
Edeniste is my vision of a new kind of perfumery, one that doesn’t separate beauty from emotional well-being. I created it to bring together two worlds that had never merged before for a consumer point of view: high perfumery and neuroscience.
At its core, Edeniste is a fine fragrance house, built with the highest level of creative and olfactive standards, using the finest ingredients and extraction processes. But it’s also much more: it’s a philosophie of care, offering perfumes that help people reconnect to themselves, support their mood, and accompany them in their everyday emotional life.
The idea is not based on marketing trends or magic, but on over 40 years of existing scientific and medical research on the way scent interacts with the brain and nervous system. I work with a team of experts, neuroscientists, sensory researchers, olfactive specialists, Takasago perfume house, who helped Edeniste to select and combine molecules that have been shown to influence emotional states such as calm, energy, joy, focus, happiness or confidence.
We validate our blends using objective, non-invasive methods like EEG (to observe brain activity), CNV (to measure engagement and stress), and salivary markers such as cortisol. For me, the goal is about making something that make people feel better, something emotionally intelligent, respectful, and sensorially beautiful.

POS: What is the most proper perfume for anxiety but also for apathy?
Andrey: When I feel anxious, I personally reach for "Rose Délice » Eau de parfum. Its soft brightness, juicy freshness, and luminous floral heart always bring me comfort and calm. POS: How did you come up with the idea to create these perfumes?

But I also realised that no perfume brand was offering that kind of emotional care, in a way that was both sincere and elevated.
Science has always been part of my life, my late father was a nuclear scientist, so I grew up in an environment where knowledge, rigour and curiosity were part of daily life and in an artistry environment through my mum. Turning to neuroscience to explore the link between scent and the brain felt completely natural to me.

POS: Are Edeniste perfumes part of the clean, non-toxic, hormone-disruptor-free trend?
Audrey: Yes. From the start, I wanted Edeniste to be transparent, respectful, and responsible, for both people and the planet.

POS: Have you thought about making non-toxic room perfumes and candles with calming or energizing effect?
Audrey: Yes, it’s something I’ve been dreaming of for a while. In the coming 2 years, we will be developing a collection of non-toxic home scents and candles that will follow the same emotional philosophy as Edeniste: clean, sensorial, and designed to support your inner state throughout the day.
POS: Can LIFEBOOST be used in layering? Do they enhance or cancel each other?

Just seeing these words can gently shift your mindset, it’s a known psychological effect called cognitive priming. POS: Have you considered small roll-ons of concentrated ACTIVE or LIFEBOOST oils?
